Warranty

Warranty Duration: Gafas y Gafas eyewear products are warranted for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase if the product contains manufacturer’s defects in material and workmanship. The warranty can only be claimed once per product. 

Redemption Process:

  1. Send an email to warranty@gafasygafas.com with the following:
    • Clear pictures of the damaged product.
    • A brief description of the claim.
    • Include the name of the model.
    • Provide the order number or the email used for the order.
  2. Upon receipt, our warranty department will evaluate your case within 2-7 business days.
  3. If your claim is approved, we will send you an electronic invoice via email for the $10 processing fee, plus applicable taxes.
  4. After payment, you will receive the exact same model of sunglasses. If the exact model is unavailable, we will offer the option to choose another of the same or lesser price. If you choose a model with a higher price, you'll need to pay the price difference along with the processing fee.

Delivery Options: Free Shipping: We'll ship the product to your provided address.

COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples):

  • Delamination and/or peeling of sun lens coating
  • Bubbles or imperfections in lens coating
  • Premature flaking or deterioration of frame coating
  • Soldering defects of temple hinges and/or barrels

NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY (examples):

  • Normal wear and tear (scratches or pit marks on sun lenses)
  • Damages caused by accident, abuse, neglect, shock, improper use or storage of product
  • Damage caused by chemicals (hair spray, cologne, window cleaner, alcohol, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Loss of eyewear
  • Installation of non-Gafas y Gafas lenses
