Gafas y Gafas is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online order, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of receiving your parcel for a full refund. Please note that sale items cannot be returned unless deemed faulty. Exchanges or store credit are not offered.
Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, including duties or taxes for international customers.
Instructions:

Download, fill out, and include our Returns Form in your parcel.

Pack all items along with your invoice and return form in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging.

Take your parcel to the nearest post office to ship back to the following address at your expense:

Choose any trackable postage service for your return shipment. Gafas y Gafas is not responsible for any untracked return parcels lost in transit. You will be notified once we have processed your refund. Please allow 2-3 weeks for the receipt and processing of your return. A credit will be issued to the original form of payment.

- If you believe your product is faulty, please visit our Contact Us page before returning your items.
- Please note that Gafas y Gafas reserves the right to reject products that appear worn or damaged by the customer, or if the item is not eligible for return (e.g., final sale items). In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your own expense.
- Funds may take up to 5 business days to receive depending on your banking institution. You will receive confirmation by email once your return is completed.
- Any items purchased using a discount code (e.g., Welcome code) can be returned for a refund.
