How Pickup Works at Gafas y Gafas

Welcome to the pickup information page for Gafas y Gafas. Here's everything you need to know about our pickup process at the ZOL headquarters:

Free Shipping or Pickup: Your Choice

We offer free shipping to both Puerto Rico and the USA on all orders from Gafas y Gafas. However, if you'd like to pickup your order instead of having it shipped, you can choose the pickup option during checkout.

How to Choose Pickup Instead of Shipping

• During checkout, you will see two delivery options in the Delivery section:
• Ship (may appear as “Barco” on devices set to Spanish)
• Pickup (may appear as “Levantar” on devices set to Spanish)
• Select Pickup to collect your order at our warehouse.

Order Pickup Process

If you select the pickup option on Gafas y Gafas, you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for pickup.

You can pick up your order at our ZOL headquarters from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

Important: Please bring your order number or confirmation email.

Pickup Notification

Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. No tracking number is required.

Immediate Pickup

If you want to pick up your order as soon as it is placed, you may do so during business hours at our warehouse.
