Free Shipping or Pickup: Your Choice
We offer **free shipping** to both Puerto Rico and the USA on all orders from Gafas y Gafas. However, if you'd like to pick up your order instead of having it shipped, you can choose the warehouse pickup option during checkout. Simply follow the steps below to pick up your order at our ZOL headquarters in Bayamón, PR.

You can use your preferred GPS service to find us by searching for ZOL Inc. Please note that **Gafas y Gafas** orders are picked up at the ZOL headquarters.
How to Choose Pickup Instead of Shipping
During the checkout process on Gafas y Gafas, you'll be given the option to either have your order shipped or pick it up from our warehouse. Here's how it works:
- Enter your address at checkout to indicate you're located in Puerto Rico. If you're in the USA or outside Puerto Rico, free shipping will apply automatically.
- If you're in Puerto Rico, you will see an option to select "Warehouse Pickup" after choosing the free shipping method.
- On mobile devices, a small arrow icon will appear next to the free shipping option. Click the arrow to reveal the "Warehouse Pickup" option.

Order Pickup Process
If you select the warehouse pickup option on Gafas y Gafas, you will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup. The email will confirm that your order is ready, but instead of a tracking number, it will say "Warehouse Pickup" for easy reference.
You can pick up your order at our ZOL headquarters (same location as our warehouse) from Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM.
Important: When you come to pick up your order, please bring your order number or the email used to place the order. This will help us quickly locate and prepare your order for pickup.
Issues with Pickup Notification
If you receive a tracking number instead of the warehouse pickup notification, please contact us immediately at 939-204-4170 so we can resolve the issue. If you do not contact us right away, your order will be dispatched to the postal office.
Immediate Pickup
If you want to pick up your order as soon as it is placed without waiting for the pickup notification, you are welcome to do so. Just visit our warehouse at the ZOL headquarters during the pickup hours mentioned above.
