SHIPPING / PROCESSING
We process orders Monday through Friday. Orders received between Friday and Sunday will be processed on Monday. We strive to ship orders on the next business day following the order placement during business hours.
A USPS tracking number will be sent once the shipment has been initiated. Please use the tracking number to track the package. USPS is a third-party vendor. We do not have control over the delivery date or any unforeseen issues. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss for all products once they leave our warehouse lie solely with the shipping carriers. We have no obligation to seek any claim or recovery from the shipping carrier for any damage or loss during transit. We will do our best to work with shipping carriers to ensure our products are delivered to you on time and in good condition. The customer is responsible for the payment of all taxes, tariffs, duties, and customs charges imposed by local authorities.
REFUSED / UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is refused, misaddressed, or unclaimed due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for paying the cost of reshipping the product, as well as any associated shipping charges. However, if the error is attributable to us, we will cover the shipping costs for the reshipment.
